Health Information Management Pathway, A.S.

School of Business & Professional Studies

The Associate of Science degree in Health Information Management introduces students to the key concepts required for the practice of acquiring, analyzing, and protecting digital and traditional medical information vital to providing quality patient care. It is a combination of business, science, and information technology, and students will learn key skills in each area.  Upon completing this degree, students are qualified to obtain work in a lucrative field with high growth potential.  Students in this program may also choose to continue their education with GHC’s Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Healthcare Management (HCMT) or Bachelor of Science in Health Science.  It may be completed fully online. 

To qualify for graduation, students must meet all graduation requirements.
